Brock is one of the main leaders at Frozen Trident and carries himself accordingly. Not only is he one of the smartest dogs that we have ever met, he is also one of the most powerful too. Don't let his size and intense look fool you, when Brock isn't running down the trails he prefers to be inside laying on your lap.

Stuart is one of the biggest members of the pack and also one of the loudest. He is undoubtably the strongest dog at FTK and an absolute asset to the team. He can have a bit of an attitude with the other males at FTK but he loves to charm the ladies. 

M, or Big Mama, is the strong and beautiful mother of  the Nurse litter and the Muppet litter. M is a total badass and she is a core member of the FTK team!

Jason is easy to pick out at the kennel because he's the only dog with one floppy ear and one pointy ear. He can run anywhere on the line and never backs down from a challenge. Jason does what ever is asked of him and has one of the best appetites at Frozen Trident.  

Silas is a bit of a lone wolf. During Happy Hour, you will see him trotting the perimeter of the yard and  paying no mind to his teammates as they sniff each others butts. He gives great hugs and howls louder than the rest of the yard when he sees the food bucket. 

Lobben is one of the most enthusiastic dogs at Frozen Trident. He loves to run and is always the first one jumping in his harness. Lobben thinks of himself as a lady's man. One of his favorite hobbies is trying to flirt with his female pack-mates. Unfortunately, he seems to always end up in the friend zone.

Blitz is a strong doggo who loves to run with the pack. Blitzy can run anywhere in the team; from wheel to leading the team. Blitz also has one of the softest coats in pack...next to Eleanor.

Dancer is a strong  and tough pupper that never slows down. Dancer is the type of dog who gets back from a run and sprints around her dog house for two hours just to show off how bad ass she is. 

Buttercup may be the smallest dog at Frozen Trident but what she lacks in size she makes up for in speed. B-cups is the fastest dog in the pack who always is the first dog to race into the house so she can get the best spot on the couch.  

Clyde is one of our main leaders. He has gone from being the class clown to being a fearless leader and total badass. We are so proud of how far our "first" sled dog has come and his potential in the years to come!

Bonnie is a total sour patch kid. She is equal parts sweet and sass. She is the life of the party during happy hour and likes to stir the pot if she senses drama. She is also a leader in training and we can not wait to see her potential out front.

Stella is our resident awkward turtle. She is Jeri's spirit dog and a total spaz when you give her attention. She loves to play fetch and sometimes acts more like a lab than a sled dog.

Johnny is part of the JTT (Jonathan Taylor Thomas) litter and lives up to his teenage heartthrobs name. Johnny is a handsome boy who has quickly become an absolute asset to the team. He and his brothers are strong, have beautiful coats and love to eat. The recipe for a great sled dog!

Tate loves nothing more than the approval of his masters. He has been very responsive to his training so far and we see leadership potential in Tate's future.

Tommy (and his brothers) have proven themselves to be forces to be reckoned with. They all completed a 200 mile race their yearling year of training. We have high expectations for these boys going into this winter. When Tommy isn't training, his favorite thing to do is lay on Eleanor's plush bed with bone. 

Mav, son of Brock, has some big booties to fill. This is Mavericks first year in harness and is doing awesome. We are very excited to see Maverick and his brother's, Goose, potentiall!

Dani (Nurse litter) is showing some serious potential in his first year of training. He is strong and friends with anyone who will give him a chance. He also has an awesome coat that reminds us of his ole Uncle Stu's.

Cindy is a mini of her father, Ozzy (retired). She is sweet, snuggly and loves to run. this is her first year in training and we are excited to see her potential. 

Joanna and her sister Lauralee are twins and barely distinguishable to the average passerby. Joanna LOVES attention and will ditch all of her fur friends to get some pets and snuggles. Joanna has been training in lead occasionally and will likely spend more time out front in the future!

Lisa is a mini me of her mother, M. She is quite litterally a "mini," taking the title for our smallest dog in training (sorry buttercup). Despite her small size, Lisa is proving to be a tough little firecracker and we are excited to see her grow (both physically and athletically).

Fozzy is the biggest pup and natural alpha of the Muppet litter (Brock x M). He often is being challenged by his brother, Animal, who he kindly but confidently puts in his place. Fozzie inherited his fathers Yoda ears and we are hoping he inherits his intelligence and strength as well. This year the pups will spend the winter going on puppy walks and learning manners. 

Animal is growing into his name day by day. He is the most wild pup of the Muppet litter and is almost always in "play" pose with his butt and tail wagging. Animal will spend this winter going on puppy walks with his brothers and sister and learning manners.

Gonzo is a pretty chill pup who is "just along for the ride." Gonzo often plays mediator with his litter mates and often gets picked on by his brothers. He is incredibly sweet and slightly derpy. This winter, Gonzo will go on puppy walks and learn manners. 

Piggy is the only female in her litter and as a consequence has had to learn to stand up for herself. While her brothers try to bully her from time to time, she is quick to yell at them and hold her own. She is incredibly sweet and will run up to you and sit at your feet for pets and snuggles whenever an opportunity presents itself. She will spend the winter learning her manners and going on puppy walks with her brothers. 

Mack is our resident retired sled dog. Mack spends most of his days inside, on his dog bed or by the wood stove. Mack relieves Eleanor of her babysitting duties from time to time and takes good care of his little hooman brother, Atlas. 

Eleanor is the OG of FTK and the HBIC. She is the only dog that moved to AK with Jeff and Jeri and considers herself the "Mother of Wolves." Eleanor absolutely loves being a part of the pack and spends a lot of time training the younger generation of FTK athletes. Although Eleanor is primarily our pet dog, she enjoys pulling the sled from time to time as well. 

At the age of 18, Jeff left his home town of Martinsburg, PA and enlisted in the U.S. Navy. Shortly after finishing basic training, Jeff  went on to attend BUD/S, Basic Underwater Demolition SEAL Training. He spent nine years in the Navy SEAL Teams until he ultimately decided he was ready for a new lifestyle. Jeff spent his first winter in Alaska handling for SP Kennel under the guidance of Aliy Zirkle and Allen Moore. He completed his first 200 mile race (The Percy DeWolfe Memorial Mail Race) with a team of SP dogs. The following Fall, Frozen Trident Kennel was born and Jeff began training his own team. Over the past 2 winters, the team has competed in the Copper Basin 300 (2019), Two Rivers 100 mile race (2019) and Two Rivers 200 (2020),. 

Jeri, born and raised in Martinsburg, PA, attended college at the University of Pittsburgh, earning a bachelors degree in Biology. She then went on to earn her Masters of Physician Assistant Studies from Clarkson University. She now works as an Emergency Medicine Physician Assistant. When she isn't working her formal job, she is helping train puppies, raise a human pup and pursuing adventures.
